This CD provides an introduction to RICO for the practicing trial attorney. It includes sections on both criminal RICO and civil RICO, as well as civil forfeitures. The first chapter provides an overview of RICO for attorneys not specializing in RICO. The other chapters provide more detail on the various elements needed to prove RICO, and the defenses to those elements.

The CD also includes an overview of each of the state RICO statutes, complete with annotations. RICO includes a civil case digest and a criminal case digest summarizing the most recent, important RICO cases.
