If you get this error when you run the book (whether or not Error 429 patch is done): Error '3633' Cannot load DLL "?????L?" follow these instructions.
When promted, select 'Yes - Allow', 'Open', or 'Run'. See sample screen shots below.
Minimize your browser.
If you haven't already, close all running programs, including the 3633 error box AND the empty book shell behind it.
Locate the wrench icon on your task bar (see example below). Click on it to start the patch. When prompted, click the 'UnZip' button. It will unzip 3 files and then automatically run a setup program. This is normal. Note: During the setup, you will probably get several prompts asking if you wish to keep an existing file. ALWAYS click 'Yes' (the default) to 'Keep your Existing File'.
Open the electronic book. If you don't get any errors, you are DONE!!!
