| Kevin B. Johnson is a 1981 graduate of Washburn University School of Law, Topeka, Kansas,
and a 1978 graduate of Wichita State University. Kevin is licensed to practice law before the
state and federal courts of Kansas, the Tenth Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals, and the
United States Supreme Court. For about ten years after law school Kevin had a general
practice and handled a variety of cases, including business law, family law, probate, military
law, criminal defense, and bankruptcy. He then began focusing his practice on business
representation and litigation and now limits his practice to these areas of the law.
In 1999 Kevin joined the faculty of the AACSB accredited School of Business at Emporia State
University, where he is an associate professor teaching courses in business law and
business ethics. Kevin also speaks at continuing education seminars and workshops and is
the author of a number of articles and books on business and employment law. |
