This software on CD analyzes the areas of Texas criminal law in which reversals have occurred. The publication is organized by black letter statements of law, followed by short synopses of cases involving that particular rule. The cases include both reversals and affirmations by Texas courts. There are also brief summaries of significant United States Supreme Court cases, particularly those that impact areas of criminal law in Texas.
