Mark A. Segal holds Juris Doctorate and Masters in Business Administration degrees from Tulane University, and a Masters in Tax Law from Emory University. He is a member of the Alabama, Florida, and District of Columbia Bars, and a CPA (Florida). Mr. Segal has worked as a judicial law clerk, in the Tax Department of Ernst and Whinney, and in the private practice of law. He is a Tax Attorney, and a Professor of Accounting at the University of South Alabama. Mr. Segal has authored numerous articles on tax issues that have been published in accounting and legal journals.
