Stanley Hagendorf is one of the country's leading experts on the intracacies of tax planning, estate planning, and business planning. He has been awarded the following degrees: Juris Doctorate Cum Laude, Harvard Law School; LL.M. in Taxation, New York Graduate School of Law; B.S. in Economics, Wharton School of Finance and Commerce, University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Hagendorf is a former professor of of Law at the University of Miami Law School and also authored "Liquations, Redemptions, and Recapitalizations: Taxation and Planning" (Garland Law Publishing, 1985), and "Tax Manual for Corporate Liquidations, Redemptions, and Estate Planning Recapitalizations" (Prentice-Hall, 1978).
