Jeremy D. Huie has a broad litigation practice with cases in state and federal courts. He represents clients in a wide range of civil matters, including environmental law, product liability, premises liability, land use, unfair business practices, and constitutional law.
Mr. Huie received a B.A. 1993 from the University of California at Berkeley and a J.D. in 1997 from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. He earned American Jurisprudence Awards in Legal Writing & Research and in International Commercial Arbitration. The author is an Adjunct Professor at Hanstings, having taught Legal Writing & Research since 2000.
Mr. Huie is the author of California Depositions, as well as several published articles. He is a frequent speaker at legal seminars and conferences.
